Salt Spring Community and Local Govenment

Salt Spring Island has a very unique sense of community. It is one born out of reverence for the beauty and majesty of the island, from its soil to its air. So that people can exist along side nature, we have local government in the form of our Island's Trust and our provincial and federal representatives.
